Potens is the intelligence inside Voti. It answers your team’s questions with the company’s real documents, citing document and page, and it also carries out actions: creating a client, booking a meeting or generating a document.

PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx) and plain text. They are indexed in seconds and become searchable according to the permissions you set.

Yes. You upload your Word templates with variables or PDF forms and Voti generates the final document with the platform’s data. You can ask Potens for it, and it asks for confirmation before generating anything.

A deadline has a type, a due date, an owner and a severity the platform works out. Every morning, whoever needs to know receives what is due or about to be, in the app and by email.

Minutes: you describe your business, upload a first document and invite your team. No mandatory integrations and no consultants.

Nobody can promise you that, and anyone who gives you a figure is making it up. What can be shown is what a piece of work turns into once nothing has to be hunted down: the Home has the eight steps of preparing an annex today, and the sentence that replaces them.

The interface is in English and Spanish, and Potens answers in whichever language you write to it.

You paste the address of a public page and Voti reads it and indexes it like any other document, with its origin marked. What you watch is checked daily and your own site weekly, up to 25 addresses per company. The crawl rules each site publishes are respected.

No, by design. It only answers with the content of your documents and it is forbidden from filling gaps: if something is not there, it says “I do not have that information” and logs it in your pending-knowledge list. Every answer cites its source.

In the European Union: database and files in Frankfurt (Germany), with compute in the same city.

No. Queries are processed by a language model over an API, under terms that exclude training on that data, and each query only carries the fragments needed to answer, encrypted in transit. The specific provider and the country where it processes the data are named in the privacy notice.

Nobody but you. History is private per person — not even the administrator can read it — and unanswered questions are stored with no author.

Yes, on your own, from Settings: you export everything in one file or delete the entire account irreversibly.

Yes, with an authenticator app (TOTP, no SMS), and the administrator can require it across the team.

Yes. Every access and every denial land in an audit log the administrator can read.

You generate a single-use link with their role. The person comes in, picks a password or uses their Google account, and they are inside with their permissions.

Yes, per document and per person: read, write or explicit deny, and denial always wins. Potens honours those permissions in every answer.

Yes: export a CSV or Excel, upload it and map which column is which field. Voti validates emails, skips duplicates and tells you how many came in.

You pick a plan, leave your card and use the whole of Voti for 7 days. The first charge lands on day 8; if you cancel before then, you are not charged anything.

You cancel whenever you want from the app, with no calls and no tickets. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew; partial refunds are not issued.

Every person with access, whatever their role. You can withdraw access and add other people within the size of your plan.

Yes, at any time from the app, with the amount prorated.

Yes. Every indexed page counts as one document against your plan, exactly like a file your team uploads. How many pages you can watch does not depend on the plan: it is 25 on all three.

By card, through Stripe, monthly or yearly. You receive each invoice by email and you can look them up from the app.
