Buying questions
- How does the 7-day trial work?
- You pick a plan, leave your card and use the whole of Voti for 7 days. The first charge lands on day 8; if you cancel before then, you are not charged anything.
- How do I cancel?
- You cancel whenever you want from the app, with no calls and no tickets. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew; partial refunds are not issued.
- What counts as a seat?
- Every person with access, whatever their role. You can withdraw access and add other people within the size of your plan.
- Can I change plan?
- Yes, at any time from the app, with the amount prorated.
- How is it billed?
- By card, through Stripe, monthly or yearly. You receive each invoice by email and you can look them up from the app.
- Do the web pages I watch count as documents?
- Yes. Every indexed page counts as one document against your plan, exactly like a file your team uploads. How many pages you can watch does not depend on the plan: it is 25 on all three.
