Four ways to operate with Voti
One system and four ways in. Voti does not only answer: it creates, books and generates. Each route names the features holding it up and where every step is recorded.
Onboarding someone new without blocking whoever is already there
The new person gets a single-use link and signs in with a password or with their Google account, already carrying their role and their permissions. Potens suggests what to ask from the company’s real content, and they can ask as many times as they need: history is private per person, and the database is what filters it, not the interface. Whatever gets no answer is logged with no author, and that list is the inventory of what is still undocumented.
- MondayGets their single-use link and comes in with their role and permissions.
- TuesdayAsks thirty times. Nobody sees their history: it is private per person.
- FridayWhat got no answer sits in the dashboard, authorless, waiting for a document.

The same question, answered only once
Price lists, returns policy, invoicing processes: what repeats every week gets answered with the document in hand, citing which one and what page. When an answer stops holding because the document fell behind, a negative rating flags it and the question returns to the pending-knowledge list.
- Uploaded onceThe price list, the policy, the process. Indexed in seconds.
- Answers itselfWith the source chip: which document and what page.
- Corrects itselfA negative rating sends the question back to the list.

Ask for it in one sentence and have it done
Potens does not only answer: it operates. It creates clients, checks availability, books, reschedules, cancels, opens deadlines with their owner, lists the calendar and generates documents from a template. The three that cannot be undone — reschedule, cancel and generate — require explicit confirmation before anything is touched. Each one lands in the audit log with Potens as the actor.
- You askIn the same conversation: create this client, book Tuesday.
- You confirmWhatever cannot be undone asks for an explicit yes before it happens.
- It is doneAnd on the record, with Potens as the actor.

No deadline depending on somebody remembering
Critical deadlines go out every morning to their owner, in the app and by email, in each person’s language. The dashboard groups unanswered questions with their counter, which is the map of what to document first. Permissions protect what is sensitive from the intelligence too, and the audit log records every access and every denial.
- Every morningWhat is due reaches whoever it falls to, in their language.
- At a glanceThe dashboard groups what is undocumented, with its counter.
- And on the recordEvery access and every denial, in the audit log.

And the same thing, applied to the people on your team
HR is not another product: it is the same four routes with personnel documents in front of them. The collective agreement, answered with its article and its page. The end of a contract, a probation period or a certification about to expire, with its owner and its notice the morning it matters. The letter or the addendum, generated from a template. And who sees which file, with every access and every denial on the record.
What Voti does not do here
- It does not manage shifts, clocking, holidays or payroll. Voti is the layer of knowledge, deadlines and documents around that work, not a replacement for your HR software.
- Health data — sick leave, workplace adjustments — is a GDPR special category, and the Terms prohibit storing sensitive data without adequate safeguards. That assessment belongs to your company, and Voti does not make it for you.
All four routes start with one document and one question.
Upload yours, ask it something, and check in seven days whether it fits your team.
